International energy practitioner Irena Kovaljukova brings Life Force Energy Activation tour to South Africa this September
Johannesburg, Pretoria, Centurion, Cape Town, Hout Bay, Knysna and George will host group sessions from 7–23 September 2026
International energy practitioner and founder of SEA Academy, Irena Kovaljukova, will travel to South Africa this September for a multi-city series of Life Force Energy Activation group sessions, giving South Africans the opportunity to experience her work in person.
Running from 7 to 23 September 2026, the South African tour will move through Gauteng and the Western Cape, with sessions hosted at selected wellness and yoga studios in Johannesburg, Pretoria East, Centurion, Cape Town, Hout Bay and Knysna, before concluding in George.
Kovaljukova is an experienced practitioner in Life Force Energy Activation, also associated with Kundalini or prana energy work, and Spinal Energetics®. She is the founder of SEA Academy – Safe Energy Activation Academy, through which she trains facilitators with a particular emphasis on safety, ethics, integration and a trauma-informed approach to energy work.
Her South African sessions will introduce participants to a practice centred on activating the body’s natural life-force energy. Unlike many physical or movement-based practices, participants do not need previous yoga, meditation or energy-work experience. During a session, participants are guided through the process in a supported group environment, with time allowed for integration afterwards.
“For me, energy work is not simply about creating an intense experience,” says Kovaljukova. “The way a space is held, how people are guided through the process and how they integrate what they experience afterwards are equally important.”

What is Life Force Energy Activation?
Life Force Energy Activation works with what different traditions refer to as life force, kundalini, or prana. Kovaljukova describes the practice as opening the body’s natural flow of energy, with participants lying down and receiving the experience rather than having to perform a prescribed sequence of movements or techniques.
Her approach combines several years of practical energy work with studies in psychology and a focus on creating a structured and supported environment for participants. Through SEA Academy, Kovaljukova also advocates for clearer professional standards around energy activation, including boundaries, participant safety and post-session integration.
The South African tour has been structured to make the experience accessible across multiple cities and studios, with morning, afternoon and evening options available at selected venues.
Group sessions are priced at R1,350 per person, with a 50% deposit required to secure a booking.
